The Assembler at Cook Winston-Salem is responsible to perform minute, fabrication, assembly and/or packaging of gastrointestinal medical devices.
Develop, communicate, and lead innovative medical education training programs to HCPs for the assigned program(s) or specialty(s) that align the goals of Medical Education with the Division’s program priorities mission, vision and purpose, and overall company priorities, to help our customers provide the best patient outcomes.
Oversee activities of assigned Training Program Specialist(s) and ensure training programs delivered are efficient, effective, and compliant in meeting the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders and communicate those needs to Division Leadership.
Collaborate with division teams, leaders and stakeholders to establish internal teams to support and deliver medical education training programs and other associated responsibilities.
The Customer Support Coordinator at Cook Medical provides guidance, project coordination, and daily oversight to their respective function within Customer Support (Call Center, Inventory Management, or Pricing and Contracts). This role drives key tasks and projects performed within their respective function to ensure a high level of accuracy and customer service both internally and externally.
The Business Analyst will analyze supply chain data within the "Systems and Quality" team, as part of the Manufacturing Supply Chain and Materials Management (MSCMM) group, to improve supply chain processes and systems at Cook. They are expected to leverage existing tools and identify gaps in our systems to optimize inventory, minimize cost, and achieve customer service goals. This role would assist the MSCMM group in developing and improving business processes such as forecasting, capacity planning, SIOP, and monitoring results.
