This position is a 16-week paid co-op internship located in Bloomington, Indiana. It is offered for a period extending from January 2026 through April 2026. This position includes 401(k) options, an assigned mentor, capstone presentation, and intern events. If working onsite, you will also have access to a fitness center, an onsite cafeteria option, and a one-time housing stipend. The Quality Engineering Manager serves on a cross functional team, ensuring the adequacy, suitability and compliance of specified Quality Management System processes. Manages day-to-day quality operations and provides leadership and direction to the functional team. The HR Compliance Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing policies that ensure the organization adheres to legal and regulatory standards in human resources practices. This role requires proactive collaboration with international teams to track and analyze laws affecting global business operations, while taking ownership of the U.S. HR compliance program. With direct supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals, will provide operational support and assist to coordinate or administer various aspects of the organization's on-boarding program and special projects.

The Quality Engineering CO-OP at Cook Inc is a paid temporary assignment in Product Research, Production Engineering and/or Development Engineering that occurs generally during a school semester. All CO-OP positions provide hands on experience with meaningful projects in the medical device manufacturing industry.

This position is a 12-week paid internship located in Bloomington, Spencer, or Ellettsville Indiana. It is offered for a period extending from mid-May through mid-August (exact dates depend on school calendars.) This position includes 401(k) options, an assigned mentor, capstone presentation, and intern events. If working onsite, you will also have access to a fitness center, an onsite cafeteria option, and a one-time housing stipend. All internships provide hands-on experience with meaningful projects in the Medical Device Manufacturing Industry.
