The Packaging Engineer 2 uses their experienced in medical device packaging to design and develop solutions for new and modified products. The primary purpose of the Research and Development Engineer at Cook Polymer Technology is responsible for designing and developing components for medical devices. The Research and Development Engineer initiate and oversee projects for components from preliminary concepts to release of product and must have hands-on experience in polymer characterization and plastics. Responsible for meeting customer specifications throughout the development and design of product(s) and processes. 

Senior Engineer, Sustaining, will perform activities related to sustaining commercially available products. These activities may include (but are not limited to) product/process remediation, risk analysis, regulatory approval support, and product/process improvements. The Senior Engineer works independently with limited supervision on complex activities and projects. A R&D Engineer 2 at Cook Medical is tasked with solving engineering problems, developing new products and processes, and leading engineering or company projects.   This position will be based out of our Bloomington, Indiana location working in a hybrid capacity.  The ideal candidate will have experience using CAD software for small molded and/or extruded components.  Experience using Creo is preferable but not required. Knowledge of material science, specifically polymers as it applies to medical device design, is a plus.  

The Maintenance Technician at K-Tube Technologies repairs and maintains the operating condition of electrical, mechanical, laser, hydraulic, pneumatic, and optical manufacturing equipment.  Performs equipment modifications.  Maintains spare parts inventory.
