Assist in developing, communicating and executing the global vision and strategy for the assigned program in the assigned area, in alignment with Division mission, vision and purpose, and overall company priorities.


Collaborate with Business teams to execute program business plans in the assigned geography. aligning work and priorities with global Function, Division and Operational Unit teams

Ensure the assigned program in the assigned area is efficient, effective and compliant in meeting the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders, and communicate those needs to Division leadership

Work closely with other leaders within the Division, company Functions, and Operational Units to implement and ensure consistency in program priorities, processes, and structure

Work closely with Area Business Manager to develop, communicate and lead the execution of Division programs strategies in the assigned geography, including product launches, product marketing and field/customer support

Collaborate with Business teams to determine what they need from Programs to meet local and regional business plan goals; develop and execute plans and initiatives to meet those needs, in alignment with global program priorities

Consistently collaborate with business managers to establish, measure and meet business plan goals for each region and program

In collaboration with customer facing teams, provide support in specific accounts/customers to meet customer and business needs

Continuously evaluate and improve the strategy for the assigned program in the assigned area by monitoring metrics and listening to feedback from customers and employees. Take action and resolve issues and gaps quickly and effectively

Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner

Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies

Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance, and product-specific requirements are met


Required Experience:

College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience

Extensive Product Management, Sales, and/or Marketing Experience

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with relevant products

Physical Requirements

Ability to travel domestic, international, and weekends as needed up to 75%
