The Overnight Front Desk Clerk with CFC Properties is the first point of contact and is responsible for answering the phone, responding to questions and greeting visitors and guests at the Grant Street Inn.
Schedule: Friday/Saturday; 12:00a -8:00a
• Greet guests and patrons as they arrive
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
• Take reservations
• Receive and relay incoming, outgoing and internal phone calls.
• Refers messages to appropriate party.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail & faxes.
• Manage accurate accounting of all rooms
• Answer queries regarding the Inn's services and amenities and local happenings
