This position is a 12-week paid internship located in Bloomington, Spencer, or Ellettsville Indiana. It is offered for a period extending from mid-May through mid-August (exact dates depend on school calendars.) This position includes 401(k) options, an assigned mentor, capstone presentation, and intern events. If working onsite, you will also have access to a fitness center, an onsite cafeteria option, and a one-time housing stipend. All internships provide hands-on experience with meaningful projects in the Medical Device Manufacturing Industry.
Under the Employee Development arm of Product management, the intern will focus on the onboarding process for new Product Managers.
Objectives for Intern:
Develop context and understanding for the need (The why)
Research existing content (The What)
Meet with functions that will be impacted by onboarding
Develop Onboarding process
Present to Divisional leadership
Specific Job Functions/Duties:
Using PDF, word, excel, PPT, and others to create an onboarding process for potential incoming product managers. This will include understanding of required learning, required process approvals, required function connections, and use of developed resources for product managers across the company.
