The Customer Support Clerk - Pricing & Contracts at Cook Medical is responsible for managing incoming customer and sales representative calls and emails regarding inquiries that relate to pricing contracts.


• Answer calls and questions from external customers and sales representatives
• Assist customer or sales representative in any capacity, such as placing orders, investigating price discrepancies

• Accurate maintenance of contracts, pricing, and on-going updates implemented in a timely manner

• Answer product related questions from external customers
• Navigate multiple different sites to provide customers with information about their orders in relation to inquiry 
• Collaborate with related Function, Division, or Operational Unit as needed 
• Work with appropriate Expediter to make changes to orders
• Work with Customer Relations on complaints due to service errors
• Demonstrate continuous process improvement mentality


• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems or related field preferred
• Experience in keyboarding required
• Cook product knowledge preferred
• Experience in a related role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Cook does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position


Physical Requirements:

• Works under general office environmental conditions
• Sitting for extended periods
• Utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers and equipment
