Provide market-driven focus, guidance and long-term vision for medical specialties and their products.



Collaborates with and takes direction from the global brand marketing manager in building global marketing strategies

Strive to develop marketing opportunities in the Americas and business unit solutions that help achieve success while upholding and advancing the brand equity of Cook

Work closely with the strategic business unit's marketing team to help facilitate strategic planning

Collaborate with and takes direction from global brand marketing manager to solve specific problems in the Americas

Optimize go-to market strategies for Cook products through various marketing channels

Give Americas perspective to the market positioning of Cook brands while distinguishing between personal preference and what's best for a customer and market insights as a guide

Develop & execute marketing communications briefs

Create global synergy between positioning, copy and visual solutions

Create global synergy for how a brand's position affects a multi-language Americas audience

Facilitate, brainstorm and present strategic marketing directions, gaining buy-in throughout a working process

Provide guidance in marketing execution of product launches, events, digital marketing, education, symposia and other marketing channels

Keep current on new developments in innovative marketing programs and industry and professional education

Develop and execute strategies for major meetings in the region

Must work and interact effectively and professionally  with and for others to achieve company goals

Must have effective oral and written communications throughout various levels of the global organization

Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision

Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations

Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and product specific requirements are met

Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policy



University degree in Marketing or Business required

Minimum of two years marketing management experience

Experience in medical device industry preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional and Adobe Creative Suite computer programs Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic and proactive project management skills

Excellent organizational/planning skills and initiative

Physical Requirements

Ability to travel up to 25%

Work under general office environmental conditions
