The Program Manager, Quality Assurance at Cook Incorporated (CINC) provides technical guidance and leadership to support business strategies and improve quality system process and product performance & quality, supports CINC functional areas to continually improve compliance, effectiveness and efficiency and provide actionable recommendations. Also provides quality expertise and mentorship to improve the overall quality of processes within the organization.
• Provide professional and strategic guidance on quality system improvement projects and programs
• Lead long-term planning efforts to improve QA delivery models, monitoring tools, and overall product(s) quality
• Working with the QA Data Analytics team to identify opportunities for continual improvement and optimization of QS business and technical processes
• Create new and operate existing capabilities which measure customer experience, manufacturing, product performance, and quality
• Support the continual improvement and process optimization processes of QA and work with QA Leadership and the delivery teams to help identify and drive opportunities for improvement
• Actively influence an integrated approach to quality system and business process improvement with all functional areas such as Regulatory Affairs,Quality, Engineering, IT, and Operations teams
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
• Bachelor's degree; or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background
• Experience building/leading project teams that are geographically distributed
• Experience defining a program/project strategy and taking it from concept to delivery
• Prefer minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
• Prefer minimum of 5 years leadership experience
