  • Overview

    The Training Specialist at Cook MyoSite will help identify, develop and support the implementation of training programs to ensuring consistency, compliance, and effectiveness within and across all departments.  


    • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining training within the Quality System
    • Responsible for implementing and maintaining training database and records management of all training materials
    • Assists in designing and implementing training resulting from audits, Corrective Actions and/or training resulting from identified performance errors
    • Responsible for adhering to all guidelines pertaining to training established by the Quality Systems
    • Assist in designing and maintaining reports to track training compliance and progress

    • Assists in working with management to develop and maintain training curricula
    • Works strategically with managers to maintain compliance to training curricula and training courses
    • Provide administrative support to management teams and all departments
    • Maintain a general awareness of company events and employees’ day-to-day activities in order to stay on top of company affairs
    • Assist in coordinating company events and staff meetings
    • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
    • Must maintain company quality and safety standards


    • Proficient with various/common computer software platforms
    • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems using both standard problem solving and process improvement tools
    • 2-years’ of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or manufacturing experience preferred
    • Familiarity with cGMP concepts and guidelines

    • Must have the ability to interact effectively and professionally with both in teams and independently
    • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects, juggle multiple changing priorities, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
    • Must have effective oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and  independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
