  • Overview

    The Financial Analyst works closely with business operations to help develop, understand, and present financial and business analysis; while also providing support for process and cost improvements.


    • Facilitate the financial reporting, planning, and forecasting process
    • Aid in the development, maintenance, and variance analysis of a rolling 15 month forecast
    • Effectively communicate financial information with global leadership
    • Work closely with business operations to preemptively understand their needs and provide related solutions, analysis, and/or support
    • Provide/assist functional leaders with financial and business analysis; including reporting, financial statement review, and expense analysis
    • Work with senior leadership to build detailed analytical models, analyze data, and make business decisions
    • Develop, prepare, and present reports related to non-financial metrics
    • Lead projects to develop and improve recording, tracking and reporting of key performance indicators
    • Work with other functional analysts to improve global reporting and coordination across all functions

    • Conduct business operations analysis by compiling, interpreting, and presenting data
    • Identify, recommend, and lead global process implementation and improvement projects
    • Prepare timely reports summarizing findings and recommendations
    • Review processes and results to ensure transactions have been recorded consistently and accurately
    • Create and present financial models and projections
    • Exercise strong problem solving skills during day-to-day activities
    • Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
    • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
    • Must have effective oral, written and presentation communication skills
    • Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision


    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • 5 - 7 years of analysis experience required
    • Corporate finance experience preferred

    • Experience with general ledger and reporting software packages, e.g.
    business intelligence software
    • Experience effectively leading and managing multiple projects
    • Strong analytical and process skills with attention to details and data accuracy
