  • Overview

    Cook MyoSite Incorporated, a division of Cook Incorporated, is a growing, forward-thinking biotechnology organization seeking a full time Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting internal and external marketing efforts – including event planning, advertising campaign development, digital channel management, brand development, clinical study support, corporate communications, and public relations – with positive, forward-thinking ideas and process-driven, results-focused initiatives.  



    • Manage subject recruitment efforts for the company’s ongoing clinical studies
    • Maintain a weekly internal digital newsletter, ensuring content is relevant and interesting
    • Drive, coordinate, and complete multiple, simultaneous projects
    • Act as project lead for global event planning
    • Collaborate with team to enhance corporate communication and PR efforts
    • Support brand development and management efforts through consistent

    • Assist with educating internal teams on marketing best practices
    • Assist in building comprehensive multichannel product marketing strategies
    • Maintain and develop company SharePoint intranet
    • Implement regular updates to company websites
    • Maintain working knowledge of relevant technical terminology
    • Manage third party vendors


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Advertising, or similar and 3 to 5+ years related experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong work ethic
    • Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and other general office equipment
    • Proficiency with email marketing, Wordpress, SharePoint online, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, and ability to respond well to critical feedback
    • Proven ability to multitask effectively under pressure and nimbly balance speed with quality
    • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability follow complex processes, procedures and systems

    • Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to execute goals set by the organization and Department Manager.
