  • Overview

    The Market Research Customer Experience Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of customer feedback and data to better understand customer needs, expectations, satisfaction, and experiences. This position plans, coordinates, and aligns global projects and initiatives across various customer facing business teams and ensures business objectives and due dates are met.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepares and executes project plans to align with business goals and meeting needs, including data sources, resource methodologies, time lines, and cost estimates.

    • Administers web-based surveys and telephone/in-person/web-enable interviews.

    • Performs analyses of internal customer data, preferences, attitudes, and behaviors to develop a cohesive understanding of customer segments.

    • Sets project and task deadlines, monitors progress, and prepares project status reports for management.

    • Designs and administers qualitative and quantitative primary research, including web-based surveys, focus group, and interview discussion guides to gather customer insights.

    • Leads meetings and coordinates efforts across various customer facing teams to align activities, ensure global consistency, and discuss findings relevant across teams.

    • Prepares and delivers data and insights in a way that is easily interpreted and used as the basis for development and enhancement of our products and services.

    • Recommends ways to improve the customer experience; measures impact of initiatives.

    • Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, and judgment skills.

    • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, and manage time effectively in a fast pace environment.

    • Must maintain all training requirements for the position, while seeking out opportunities for continuous development and growth.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Business, Statistics, Cognitive or Behavioral Science, or related field.

    • Minimum 3 years experience in qualitative and quantitative market or customer experience research preferred.

    • Experience in B2B or medical device industry preferred.

    • Graduate level relevant coursework strongly preferred.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Qualtrics, and Qlik

    • Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistics required, programming language preferred (e.g. Python, R, SQL).

    • Experience working with large databases and using dataset preferred.
