  • Overview

    The Marketing Manager at Cook Regentec will oversee and manage the development and implementation of the organization's marketing efforts.  Specifically, to successfully launch and achieve rapid market uptake of our portfolio of regenerative medicine and cell therapy technologies.  

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee development of strategic marketing plans and promotional activities to meet objectives and goals of the organization
    • Optimize go-to market strategies for Cook products through various marketing channels
    • Maintain fiscal responsibility for and evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts
    • Oversee planning and execution for corporate presence at trade meetings, including booth design, marketing plan development, workshop activities and demonstrations
    • Oversee trademark registration process with legal counsel

    • Oversee the development and implementation of new product launches
    • Oversee and provide input to product positioning, packaging and pricing strategies
    • Oversee corporate messaging to markets, employees and community
    • Communicate corporate policy and direction to management team
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships within and outside the organization
    • Strong work ethic and proactive project management
    • Interact closely with the executive group to ensure the highest ethical and professional level is achieved in all marketing strategies


     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of experience in a sales and marketing environment
    • Familiarity with cell biology, medical or biologic science terminology and concepts
    • Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
    • Previous management experience that demonstrates excellent people skills
    • Experience with biomedical markets preferred

    • Ability to focus, dedicate and commit efforts to the vision of the organization
    • Experience with management at executive level
    • Experience in international business 
    • Ability to be held accountable in the areas of marketing, marketing communications, customer service, business development and strategic planning
      

    Physical Requirements:

    • Works under general office environmental conditions
    • Sitting for extended periods
    • Utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers
    • Ability to travel up to 25%
