  • Overview

    The Imaging Project Coordinator at Cook Research Incorporated is responsible for managing and coordinating the imaging needs of the global clinical studies on behalf of the Cook organization.


    • Coordinate clinical study imaging requirements with internal and external resources to resolve imaging issues in a timely manner

    • Facilitate the process for the development and implementation of study-specific imaging protocols

    • Support the development and implementation of internal procedures to meet the evolving needs of the Cook organization

    • Work closely with project management to determine project priorities and ensure the timely initiation of and management for clinical studies in order to meet Cook objectives

    • Keep project teams informed regarding the status of imaging requirements for clinical studies, and support these teams as needed to meet study objectives

    • Establish trusted relationships with the study sponsor, physicians, their research staff and core laboratories through communication, on-site visits, and a commitment to exceeding expectations

    • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and maintain confidentiality of patient and study-related information

    • Maintain professional written, electronic, and oral communication with all customers

    • Maintain a high level of accuracy, while working under multiple timelines

    • Ensure Imaging complies with our Procedural Standard, QSI, guidance’s, and other study-related documentation


    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BS in a health or life science) preferred

    • Experience in clinical imaging or in a clinical setting is preferred

    • Excellent organizational skills and prioritizing skills

    • Ability to efficiently support multiple persons and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

    • Extreme attention to detail

    • Teachable, positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn

    • Ability to present a professional and personable demeanor in interactions

    • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills, including good grammar and spelling

    • Experience in basic office equipment (e.g., fax, copier, computer, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.)
