The IT Quality Manager works with IT leadership and stakeholders to define and implement IT quality practices and procedures.  The IT Quality Manager will mange a group of quality professionals to test, evaluate and validate IT projects, initiatives and services.


• Support IT department with compliance to applicable regulatory and industry standards
• Define and Implement quality software validation and supporting policies and procedures within a continuous improvement environment
• Ensure compliance with quality and business processes and procedures
• Assess the effectiveness of validation and testing efforts and implement recommended improvements
• Make recommendations for staff, equipment, and tools and have significant input into personnel matters
• Perform employee assessments and evaluations
• Develop Requests for Proposals (l~FP) for external vendor services
• Manage external vendor relationships in collaboration with the Vendor Manager

• Support internal/external audits, CAPAs, and quality initiatives 
• Provide resource management and resource planning 
• Provide input into operational process improvements
• Efficiently identify and solve issues
• Foster and maintain a workplace culture respectful and supportive of
  individual differences
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others
  throughout various levels of the global organization
• Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
• Must have effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and
  independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
• Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations



• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Informatics, or related technical discipline; or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background
• Minimum 5 years experience in information technology, eCommunications, or related area

• Demonstrated proficiency with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of web, mobile, and multimedia design/development

• Experience with various software development methodologies (Agile,     Waterfall, etc.)
• Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards (FDA 21 CFR, ISO13485:2016, etc.)
• Demonstrated proficiency with standard concepts, practices, and
   procedures within the information technology field 



Physical Requirements:

• Works under general office environmental conditions.
• Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with
  computers, etc.

• Requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences
• Travel as required
