The primary purpose of this position is guide production personnel in the fabrication, assembly, packaging and/or inspection of medical devices.

- Communicate expectations, assignments, and responsibilities clearly and professionally to leaders.
- Gather departmental data for departmental boards.
- Perform other duties and special projects as necessary. Accurately and efficiently document employee Time and Attendance, Merit / Performance reviews, Quality, Workmanship and Disciplinary issues, and monthly efficiencies.
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization

- Minimum 1 year in house experience in medical device production.
- Ability to read/write/understand product documentation and specification drawings written in English.
- Ability to use small measuring devices and gauges.
- Basic computer entry/retrieval skills.
- Good organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Good manual dexterity & Visual Acuity to work with small parts
• Majority of the day is spent frequently moving around/sitting in a "controlled" environment
• Ability to occasionally lift approximately 5 - 50 lbs.
• Limited exposure to hazardous chemicals used in the manufacture of the product
