The Manager, Operation Systems Support leads a team dedicated to integrating and/or developing, supporting and training systems/tools associated with content creation/management, database management, event management, marketing automation and sales CRM at the request of Marketing and Communication leadership or as part of an implementation/sustainment plan developed in a process improvement event.
• Organizational alignment. Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements; design, implement, and operationalize systems to support processes developed to achieve organizational business objectives
• Systems management. Integrate with internal and third party systems and launch new tools to support the business. Project manage custom development projects with IT. Coordinate with other stakeholders to gather business requirements and work with IT to ensure on-time roll-outs. Build advanced capabilities that simplify work-flows, improve productivity, and enable reporting
• Metrics and ROI. Design, develop, and capture and analyze key metrics to optimize and improve ROI for all marketing programs. Deliver robust and well-structured reporting to the business.
• Training and system support. Evangelize the usage of tools and drive efficiencies. Fulfill administrative level service requests (tickets) in a timely fashion, communicating clearly
• Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes or systems to enhance performance of job area.
• Problems are numerous and undefined, require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem
• Provide training and support to users for any updates or new users for review systems

Preferred:
• Experience in content creation/management systems, marketing automation systems, project management systems and interface data exchange criteria
• Familiarity with marketing compliance guidelines for medical device
Physicial Requirements:
• Works under general office environmental conditions.
• Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
