The Document Control Coordinator at Cook Incorporated is responsible for processing change orders in Agile PLM and ensuring that change orders meet established requirements
• Review, process, monitor, coordinate, and drive completion of change orders in Agile PLM software for effective roll-out of process, procedures, and/ or technology changes
• Coordinate and communicate effectively to determine change order effective date
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete data info
• Assign tasks to Document Control personnel as needed
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Listens and asks for clarifications, participates in meetings
• Must have strong customer service skills (working with internal customers), responds promptly to customer needs
• Must be detail-orientated
• Must have strong organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
• Must maintain all training requirements for the position, while seeking out opportunities for continuous development and growth
• Adhere to the Quality Management System and its processes to meet FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of the various computer programs/systems utilized a plus but not required
• Working knowledge of continuous improvement process
• Must have worked with a change management process in the past
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient keyboarding skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
• Works under general office environmental conditions
• Close visual acuity for working with computers, etc.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk, and sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to travel to Ellettsville and Spencer facilities when necessary
