The Program Manager develops and manages a strategic program for Cook Incorporated, giving detailed attention to program strategy and objectives, project delegation, and program implementation. The Program Manager determines project methodology, resource requirements and facilitation based on program needs.
Specifically:
Join high performance PMO team, driving best project management practices in line with Cook Inc. direction
Manage offshore resources related to ongoing remediation efforts.
Serve as the primary contact for CMMS and CMH QMS authors.
Provide direct project management for all CMH and CMMS integrations related to Design, Risk, and Transfer modules including developing and maintaining timelines for adoption.
Generally:
-Develop, Create and Oversee assigned programs and projects to support the strategic direction of the organization.
-Provide professional and strategic guidance on projects and programs
-Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission / goals / objectives of the organization.
-Develop, Manage and control a budget, scope, operating plan and deadlines for the program.
-Evaluate and coordinate cross-project activities internally and with external entities.
-Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.
-Develop a Communications strategy and meet with stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding program risks, issues and decisions.
-Develop and Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
-Assess program performance, evaluate options and present solutions to maximize ROI
-Establish project plans with associated milestones and deadlines.
-Act as a single point of contact and provide coordination of deliverables.
-Ensure that the program is completed on schedule and with appropriate documented approvals.
-Coordinate and train users on new systems and processes.
-Oversee routing, tracking, and archiving of program documentation.
-Must maintain all training requirements for the position, while seeking out opportunities for continuous development and growth.
-Adhere to the Quality Management System and its processes to meet FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Bachelors degree
• A history of high performance demonstrating proficiency in several of the above listed job functions/duties
• Strong computer usage skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
• PMP certification
• Experience defining a program/project strategy and taking it from concept to delivery
• Prefer minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
• Prefer minimum of 5 years leadership experience

• Utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers and equipment
• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and communicate
• Requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences
• International and domestic travel as required
