Overview


Designs, manages, and ensures compliance of product labels with regulatory, ISO, and guidelines while collaborating across departments to meet project timelines and requirements

Responsibilities

- Design label templates and images using graphic design software to produce product labels that meet pre-determined standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate feedback into labeling designs and content
- Utilize labeling software to manage label data and ensure version control
- Operate label printers and oversee the printing of labels for testing and projects, ensuring high-quality output
- Implement and track labeling changes through the change control process
- Review and acknowledge label updates from stakeholders, ensuring that all changes align with labeling strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey design concepts and labeling requirements effectively
- Detail-oriented with an ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion
- Project management skills to oversee labeling projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation

- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization.
- Must strictly adhere to safety requirements.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Must maintain company quality and quantity standards.
- Must have effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative and independent work situations and environments with
minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree, preferred
- Beginning knowledge of labeling software (enLabel IPM or other enterprise labeling software)
- Graphic design experience in a regulatory-controlled industry, preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory and ISO labeling requirements, preferred
- Familiarity / knowledge of Adobe graphic design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, required

 

Physical Requirements:

- Works under general office environment conditions.
- Utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers and equipment.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and communicate.

- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, subject to reasonable accommodation requirements under the ADA.
