Division Account Executive - Vascular

The Account Executive for Vascular will develop, maintain and promote growth in assigned accounts, in alignment with Division mission, vision and purpose, specialty/program priorities and overall company priorities.  This position is a field based position that will cover accounts across Canada.

Key Focus Areas:

1. Business Development

• Develop and grow assigned territory through strategic account management
• Create and implement effective business plans aligned with division goals
• Drive profitable growth through consultative sales approach

1. Customer Partnership

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
• Provide strategic solutions for customer needs
• Regular engagement with key decision-makers
• Support contract implementation and supply chain optimization

1. Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with clinical, pricing, and supply chain teams
• Coordinate with Commercial Business Team (CBT) stakeholders
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience
• Proven track record in healthcare sales
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Business Objects
