The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical support to the Operations Team in the areas of efficiency, production line layout/flow, continuous improvement projects and support of day to day manufacturing operations.
- Refine and update existing documentation.
- Assist with training and technical support of Operations personnel
- Assist with CAPA investigations and Corrective Actions
- Support Lean initiatives such as 6S, Daily Accountability process
- Support/lead continuous improvement projects
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology.
- Experience and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Intermediate MS Office skills - Excel, Word, PP and Visio

- Work is performed in a normal office environment with periodic work performed in a controlled manufacturing area requiring protective clothing and safety glasses.
