The Organizational Change Manager facilitates mid- to large-scale strategic change initiatives that cross multiple parts of the organization, partners with Corporate Operations, function/division/OU leadership and project teams to integrate change management into their overall project plans, and enables others to integrate change management into their work.
- Conducts readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings and recommendations
· Facilitates the development and builds buy-in on business case for change
· Identifies potential risks and points of resistance to change and develop strategies for mitigating or addressing
· Ensures executive sponsors, steering teams, and change agents are established and enabled
· Develops and executes an actionable change management plan that includes communication and engagement, coaching, training, and resistance management
· Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change progress. Performs qualitative and quantitative assessments of change success
· Supports deployment of global procedures that require organization-wide change
- Supports the adoption of enterprise-wide IT solutions
· Supports corporate organizational change and restructuring initiatives
· Provides change management expertise to leaders and teams throughout the organization through presenting, teaching, and training
· Applies a s tools and methodologies for managing, educating, and communicating about change initiatives
· Provides consultation, coaching and support to leaders and managers throughout organization as needed
· Serves as champion for structured, well managed change and fosters effective adoption of change
- Demonstrated ability to interact, influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational development or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years organizational change management experience
- Prosci® Change Management or similar certification preferred
- Works under general office environment conditions
- Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, equipment, etc.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, subject to reasonable accommodation requirements under the ADA
- Early morning or late evening teleconferences as required
- International and domestic travel as required
