Responsibilities include managing aspects of the Cook Global Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Program and guiding the integration and promotion of the E&C Program throughout the Cook organization by raising awareness of ethics and compliance-related risks and collaborating cross-functionally to implement and continuously improve risk mitigation strategies
• Guide E&C Representatives to integrate and promote the E&C Program within Cook entities and functional areas
• Support E&C Program maturity and effectiveness assessments, data insights, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist ethics and compliance-related risk management activities
• Strategically plan and manage the lifecycle of E&C written standards, trainings, and communications as assigned
• Develop effective written standards, training content, and engaging communication materials for various audiences and media formats
• Collaborate with various functional areas on behalf of E&C to align with established processes for the management of written standards, training, and communication
• Maintain electronic communication channels for E&C, including the SharePoint pages, Life@Cook app, and external web content
• Stay informed about E&C Program initiatives, industries in which Cook operates, and business activities conducted by Cook entities
• Develop and maintain knowledge of external applicable standards while monitoring regulatory intelligence and enforcement trends related the ethics and compliance matters
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, engagement, and natural curiosity, while also demonstrating a sense of urgency when necessary
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform effectively in collaborative work situations, interacting professionally with others throughout assignments and with various levels of the global organization
• Must have strong oral presentation and written communication skills
• Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent with minimum 7 years relevant experience
• Experience working in training, communications, marketing, or compliance-related field, such as ethics and compliance, risk management, legal, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs
• Proven ability to perform subject matter research and effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences
• Experience in developing and delivering training preferred
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SmartSheet, and Cornerstone software would be useful

• Requires close visual acuity when working with computers, etc.
• Requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences
• Domestic and international travel as required
