The Business Process Specialist is the primary point of contact for Cook Medical Divisions and other functions for processes and service enhancing projects. This role is the driver of process improvements for applicable global markets, with the goal of enhancing the customer experience and driving operational excellence.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain systems, tools, policies, and procedures.
• Advanced Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Teams. Able to use Microsoft Office 365 proficiently.
Qualification Requirements:
• Continuous Improvement Yellow Belt certification preferred with continued belt maintenance.
• Intermediate understanding of processes and dependencies for their area.
• Intermediate system(s) knowledge for area.
• Intermediate ability to evaluate data and make recommendations to solutions, or to validate data for accuracy by comparing to other data sources.
• Capable of leading stakeholders on solution development, when applicable.
