Overview

The creative team partners with stakeholders to translate strategic business goals into actionable, objective, creative expressions of Cook’s unique brand. This role is a facilitator of distributed marketing content. They are responsible for ensuring marketing material is available through the required platforms, in a timely manner, ensuring content is auditable and removing content from the market as requested.

 

Responsibilities

• Distribute marketing material in a timely manner, both digitally and physically. Manage all marketing material distribution systems.

• Routinely audit marketing materials, both print and digital, to ensure they are current, have appropriate approval documentation and are

     available for all approved regions. Ensure adequate quantities of marketing materials are made available.
• Provide quarterly distribution reports to help Division understand material usage.
• Maintain frequent and open communication with internal stakeholders, acting as liaison between the Division and Operational Units and

    company Functions.
• Work within company processes necessary for data management and asset distribution.

• Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook

    policies.
• Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance and product-specific requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required

• 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in Marketing Operations or Project Management, preferred.
• Experience in organizational leadership, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Professional software.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.

• Display positive and constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation in achieving objectives.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, written, and
    presentation skills.
• Excels in a highly collaborative team setting and loves to multitask.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Works under general office environmental conditions.
• Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office     

     equipment.
• Occasional travel, domestic & international, may be required.

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without

     reasonable accommodations.
• Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching.
