Overview

As a Veeva Vault System Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, maintenance, and support of our Veeva Vault system, PromoMats, which plays a critical role in our marketing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional groups to ensure the system meets our business requirements and regulatory compliance standards. Your expertise in Veeva Vault, specifically with PromoMats, will be instrumental in optimizing our content, data management and document control processes.

 

*Note: this position will be filled as a Senior System Administrator or a System Administrator level depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administration activities on Veeva Vault PromoMats as per approved procedures.
  • Oversight of managed services to ensure that application configuration meets business requirements and is consistent with IT standards.
  • Work closely with the Business Lead and managed services to develop and document configuration changes to meet business need.
  • Responsible for maintaining system under change control and associated documentation supporting creation and revision of validation deliverables and the validated state of the application.
  • Provide support for escalated IT Help Desk tickets related to Veeva Vault PromoMats.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials.
  • Provide training and support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems.
  • In conjunction with IT, stay up-to-date with Veeva Vault updates, patches, and enhancements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate PromoMats with other software and systems including other Veeva Vault spark connections to RIMs and Clinical
  • Assist in the evaluation of system usage and provide recommendations for operational efficiencies and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years overall professional job experience. 
  • 3+ years of successful IT experience in full lifecycle system development (design, configuration, implementation, validation, and support) of Veeva Vault PromoMats 
  • 3+ years of experience with supporting compliant, commercial content and digital asset management, preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology, or related field.
  • Veeva Vault certified administrator preferred.
