The Senior Project Manager for the Commercial Productivity Initiative provides subject matter expertise and supports leadership throughout Cook Medical in developing, leading and executing projects, including the dependencies and conflicts between them, that support the corporate business plan and other global cross-functional initiatives. This position is remote however the candidate must be available during Eastern time zone working hours. Preference given to AMER and EMEA based candidates.
• Provide a single point of contact for all aspects of the assigned programs and projects, interacting as necessary with team members and stakeholders at all levels of management.
• Coordinate cross functional collaboration with customer facing teams to ensure alignment and execution of projects and strategies.
• Work with key stakeholders in the divisions, entities and functions to define full program scope and lead the operational planning for assigned the projects at a program level
• Establish meeting agendas, facilitate team discussions, and drive clear and timely team actions and decisions
• Pro-actively addresses barriers and risks to program progress, keeping leadership informed of critical considerations
• Lead and facilitate team discussion and documentation of new information, including pros, cons, and risks
• Ensure that program deliverables are achieved on or ahead of schedule, within budget, and with quality that meets or exceeds business needs
• Work with project teams and leadership to aggregate and synthesize program KPIs and organizational metrics
• Manages scheduled and ad-hoc program status reporting
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
• Expert in listening and understanding what motivates team members and stakeholders to establish and maintain engagement and support
• Bachelor's degree or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background
• A minimum of 5 years project management experience or leadership capacity handling multiple projects
• Experience working in/with commercial business function; with a preference for medical device, clinical or other complex and regulated industry
• Experience managing multi-workstream, multi-year long and global programs
• Experience unifying and aligning program goals, objectives, and timelines across B2B sales, Marketing and Customer support
• Ability to communicate at an executive level
• Experience with managing and directing project team members towards a defined objective
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of software tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Requires close visual acuity when working with computers, etc.
• Requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences
• Domestic and global travel as required
