Sales Support


Responsible for maintaining and managing customer forecasts, as well as setting pricing in accordance with our company strategy. There is a strong emphasis on analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer forecast information to manage inventory levels in collaboration with operations. Engagement with sales team to drive actions stemming from maintaining an accurate forecast through establishing relationships and customer intel. 


Starting pay range:  $66,000 - 74,000/yr.  Will work a hybrid schedule - typically requires 3 days per week in the office and additional days as necessary


  • Develop and maintain accurate customer forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior. Identify patterns and insights to improve forecast accuracy and support demand planning activities.
  • Assisting sales to develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Ability to convert raw forecast data and convert to K-Tube nomenclature.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, highlighting any deviations or trends.
  • Prepare regular reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings to management.
  • Continuously monitor and refine forecasting models and methodologies to improve forecast accuracy. Collaborate with sales teams to gather insights and feedback for enhancing forecasting processes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales and pricing processes. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Basic understanding of the costing process and ability to apply pricing strategy to set appropriate margins based on customer, market, and potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to sales, operations, scheduling, purchasing to understand their goals and challenges. Provide analytical support and act as a trusted advisor to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Consolidate & track sales opportunities with all territory managers; analyzing opportunities against market trends & presents recommended paths of growth to management


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics, Accounting Finance, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in an analytical or operations role.
  • Experience supporting a sales force in reporting and opportunity tracking.
  • Proven success in working independently as a strong decisive thinker while contributing to a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Minimal physical effort required
  • Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the work area

Work Environment:

  • Work performed in an office environment, but may require visits to the manufacturing floor
  • Minimal exposure to metals, lubricants, solvents and electrolyte
  • Professional environment requiring business casual attire
  • Overnight domestic travel may be required up to 10% of the time
