The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordination and scheduling of preventive and routine maintenance services between the general plant population and the facilities workers. Prioritize and provide coordination with production, utility, operations, and infrastructure systems as necessary to provide for safe operation, regulatory compliance and equipment availability related to equipment and systems plant wide.
- Oversee all facility Preventative Maintenance work orders to ensure projects are completed on time
- Receive requests for urgent service and repairs as well as assign appropriately
- Set up and create a preventative maintenance schedule
- Estimate required hours on work order tasks, total work order duration, and skills required to perform the task
- Ensure all work orders and maintenance log items are closed when work is finished
- Coordinate projects scheduled with operations and production engineering
- Review request, redirect, eliminate any duplicate requests and assignments
- Compile and deliver reports regarding the work execution management process
- Expedite stock material requisitions for facility repairs and projects
- Ensure safety rules, procedures, and GMPs are followed including lock-out/tag-out procedures for employees
- Adhere to the Quality Management System and its processes to meet FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Maintain inventory of parts used for repairs and/ or PM's
- Coordinates outside vendor activities as needed
- Monitor, respond, and acknowledge Viewlinc alarms
- HS Diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience as coordinator preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance preferred
- Project management experience required
- Experience working with Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS)
- Blood Borne Pathogen Training required
- First Aid Training preferred

- Utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers and equipment
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and communicate
- Occasionally lifting with moderate exertion during shift
