This role works across the business to define processes used to manage data and/or activities and support Cook to achieve its management goals.


-Work with process owners and stakeholders to develop detailed business process maps, ensuring alignment with Cook Medical's overall process architecture.

-Ensure controlled processes are in place to support authoring, approving, monitoring and changing data and/or content, in accordance with governance priorities.

-Align process inputs and outputs to enterprise data model.

-Support input of business processes and associated data into designated governance tool.

-Adhere to the principles, standards, and frameworks in place to support process and data definition and the Cook Medical Management System.

-Gather feedback and provide input to continuously improve governance of processes and data.

-Support coaching and training on process and data.


- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-Detailed understanding of core business process(s) and/ or functional area(s) and their Business Success Metrics.
-Communication Skills.
-Interpretation and logical presentation of data/process content with high level of attention to detail.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with special emphasis on Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel
-Willingness and availability to travel on company business as required.


Physical Requirements:

• Works under general office environment conditions
• Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, equipment, etc.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, subject to reasonable accommodation requirements under the ADA

• International and domestic travel as required
