The Business Solutions Manager is responsible for the implementation, execution and maintenance of enterprise systems. This position will establish the system goals and architecture, and produce excellent verbal descriptions and written process documentation to support the systems. This position will also coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the alignment of all Supplier Management systems.


• Subject Matter Expert (SME) who supports the identification of capabilities needed for the system based on the global input of operational needs/goals.
• Be main point of contact with third party suppliers of assigned systems
• Responsible as the system owner for the assigned systems globally.
• Must work in alignment with identified Systems Integrators when applicable.
• Must continue to stay educated on the systems upcoming capabilities and best practices to continually drive solutions.
• Represents Procurement globally in overall program of work.

• Responsible for setting expectations and defining roles within systems
• Coordinate and drive the overall efforts, related to the system, across all locations to ensure standardization and smooth implementations.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of end to end processes affected by the systems.
• Coordinate updates to systems with cross-functional teams
• Ensure all enterprise systems are integrated with alignment
• Monitor and report on integration and performance of assigned systems
• Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
• Other duties as assigned


• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Information Technology
• Project Management experience
• General knowledge of enterprise system capabilities
• Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.

• Strong analytical, conceptual and troubleshooting abilities.
• Must have oral, writing and presentations skills for global communication
• Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with distance supervision
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office


Physical Requirements:

• Travel including domestic and international as needed.
• Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, subject to reasonable accommodation requirements under the ADA.
