The Project Manager provides subject matter expertise in defining scope of project and determining project methodology, resource allocation and facilitation based on project needs.
• Establish project plans with associated milestones and deadlines
• Communicate with staff and external vendors throughout projects
• Act as a single point of contact and provide coordination of deliverables
• Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders to create a high-functioning global project team
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and with appropriate documented approvals
• Train users on new systems and processes
• Oversee routing, tracking, and archiving of project documentation
• Identify and document project risks and issues
• Provide coaching and guidance to team leaders in best project practices
• Develop project status reports with team leads
• Review project status reports and follow up on needed changes
• Develop and document resource information and summaries
• Attend project status meetings
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
• Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
