The Manager of Product Marketing Management leads a team of strategic marketers, ensuring that marketing strategy is aligned to drive the specialty’s business goals and the company’s brand strategy.

• Serves on the Specialty leadership team, linking and aligning priorities, projects, and plans across the specialty
• Collaborates with specialty leadership team to establish business strategy and aligns marketing to drive business goals, brand strategy and brand perception improvement
• Oversees long-term and annual marketing plans for the specialty, ensuring alignment with product management and sales leadership
• Develops value proposition, claims, and messaging in alignment with brand guidelines
• Provides input to marketing process and standardized tools
• Understands the customer journey and looks forward towards future trends with markets and buyers
• Identifies opportunities to improve brand perception drivers
• Establishes objectives for campaigns and channels, including customer meetings and events
• Creates an environment of learning and development for team members
• Accountable for Specialty marketing budgets and marketing KPIs
• Understands global advertising promotions compliance
• Foster and maintain a workplace culture respectful and supportive of individual differences
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
• Must maintain company values, policies and standards
• Must have effective oral and written communication skills

Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing or business
• 7-10 years of experience in strategic marketing
• 1-3 years of direct or indirect management experience
• Experience in developing effective marketing strategies and plans that drive business goals
• Global travel will be required
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with an operations mindset
• Experience working with sales and marketing teams
• Experience managing and coaching people
• Experience in brand management and product marketing

• General office environmental conditions
• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Requires close visual acuity for working with computers
• Minimum of 25% travel required
