Overview

Digital marketing supports customer journeys through data-driven channel strategies, demand generation and automated marketing. The primary function of this role is to establish and maintain a demand generation program. As the business lead, this role will collaborate with creative teams, strategic marketing, and sales to set demand generation goals.

 

This position is open to remote or hybrid status and may require periodic visits to our Cook Medical facility in Bloomington, IN.

Responsibilities

• Define and plan highly targeted, integrated demand generation programs to drive lead, engage prospects, and retain customers
• Explore and grow new channels, like paid media, social and lead generation with external partners.
• Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive enterprise Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage.
• Develop a sustaining marketing strategies for continually engaging in each level of the sales funnel.
• Manage external agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets.
• Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the CRM team.
• Own channel strategy and implementation plans with execution support from web, creative, and other marketing teams.
• Supervise and orchestrate strategy on both digital and traditional media planning across the organization.

• Communicate internally to stakeholders on progress and results, support project management, and provide a delightful experience to prospects and existing customers.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

• Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and product specific requirements are met.

• Must be task-orientated and well-organized
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
• Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
• 7-10 years relevant experience
• 2+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience
• Previous experience in a management/leadership role preferred
• Experience with creating, launching and running paid advertising campaigns in social media platforms and programmatic trade desks preferred
• Experience managing third party vendors like agencies & contractors

• Extensive experience working across teams, communicating objectives and deadlines clearly, creating accountability for their deliverables ,and running numerous projects simultaneously.
• Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs

 

Physician Requirements:

• Works under general office environmental conditions.
• Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
• Occasional travel, domestic & international, may be required.

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or withoutreasonable accommodations
• Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching.
