The Business Process Engineer will aid in the development, training, implementation and sustaining of business processes and tools that improve efficiency and effectiveness of Global Product Development (NPD) activities. The role focuses on the business activities which occur outside the quality system(s). Examples include Stage Gate Process, Portfolio Management and Project Management and other business improvement priorities for the organization.


• Facilitate implementation of new processes/tools through the CMMS quality system as necessary
• Guide/assist in development of process trainings
• Assist business improvement priority projects for NPD and R&D
• Establish project plans with associated milestones and deadlines
• Communicate with staff and external vendors throughout projects
• Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders and users to support existing business processes
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and with appropriate documented approvals
• Train users on new systems and processes
• Oversee routing, tracking, and archiving of project documentation
• Identify and document project risks and issues
• Be able to identify user needs to assist with creation of procedures that provide value to our stakeholders

• Attend project status meetings
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3 years relevant experience 
• A history of high performance demonstrating proficiency in several of the above listed job functions/duties
• Strong computer usage skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)

• Experience in project management activities


Physical Requirements:

• Works under general office environmental conditions
• Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers
