This role leads efforts to manage and grow the business of a portfolio of customers that are companies for which Cook Biotech provides products and services. These companies will have a diverse range of needs from startups to well-established companies. This person pro-actively engages with the partner companies through clear communication and coordination to achieve excellent customer experience. This person will work with the multi-disciplinary teams at Cook Biotech and the customers for the mutual benefit of both companies. This position can be onsite, hybrid, or remote with the ability for weekly in-person meetings in Indianapolis or West Lafayette, IN.
